The service

VORA is a personal visual library: a Chrome extension saves images you choose on Instagram, with their source data, and the web library lets you view and organize that collection into Spaces and Boards. The service is in beta: features may change, and continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Your account

You need a valid email and a password. Keep the password secret; actions taken with your account are your responsibility. You can revoke extension connections and delete the account at any time, in the account screen.

The content you save

The images you save still belong to their authors. VORA keeps a copy for your personal reference use and preserves the source credit. You are responsible for using this material in a way that respects third-party rights and the terms of the platform it came from. Republishing, selling or using third-party images commercially requires permission from the rights holder.

VORA claims no rights over your collection and doesn’t use it for anything other than providing the service.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use VORA to infringe copyright, image or privacy rights;
  • automate access to the service or the extension beyond the intended personal use;
  • try to access other people’s data, bypass limits or disrupt the service;
  • store illegal content.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, notifying you whenever possible.

Image quality

VORA keeps the best file the platform delivers to the browser at capture time. That is not necessarily the author’s original file, and no minimum resolution is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is during the beta. Keep copies of anything essential to you. To the extent permitted by law, VORA is not liable for indirect losses arising from using the service or from its unavailability.

Termination

You can close your account whenever you want. If VORA stops operating, we will give reasonable notice so you can save your collection.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The consumer’s place of residence is the chosen venue.

Changes to the terms

Material changes will be announced by email or in the library before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting the new version.
