VRA

From post to board, with the source on board.

Save Instagram photos, carousels and reels, pins, Behance projects and images from any site in the best available file, with author and source kept. Import in batches and organize everything into Spaces and Boards.

Captures from Chrome on desktop; on your phone, VORA opens as an app. See how it works

How it works

Three stops, from post to library.

  1. Capture without leaving Instagram

The extension saves the open photo or reel, a Story, the whole carousel or a selection of posts from a profile, in one batch. On Pinterest and Behance, the same panel; on any site, right-click or crop the screen.

  2. The source comes along

Every image keeps the author, the post or page link, its place in the carousel and, on Instagram, a snapshot of the profile at capture time. On Pinterest, the pin’s destination link too. A credited reference, not a loose screenshot.

  3. Organize into Spaces and Boards

Pick the board while you capture, or drag images later. One image can live in several boards.

Who it’s for

For people who keep a collection of ideas.

  • Creatives

Art direction, graphic and product design, photography: compositions, palettes and type, credited to whoever made them.

  • Architecture

Buildings, facades, materials and details organized before the first drawing; then the whole project with the client inside, from proposal to job site.

  • Engineering

Construction solutions, structures and technical references worth keeping with their source.

Spaces and Boards

Spaces are lines. Boards are stations.

Create a Space for each line of work (a client, a project, a research topic) and as many Boards as you need inside it. Favorites are yours alone, and anything without a board stays in view under "Unsorted".

Moodboard

Every board is also a work table.

Open the board and arrange the images however you like. Write notes, link ideas with metro lines, mark spots on a photo and note what caught your eye. If something goes wrong, the timeline takes the board back to any point.

  • Notes, text, shapes, tables, tasks and flowcharts
  • Markers and a sheet on every photo: what you liked, where to use it, watch out
  • Crop, a palette taken from the photo and color swatches
  • Videos with time markers, PDFs and files from your computer
  • Timeline with versions and a 30-day trash: nothing gets lost

Extension

A panel in the corner of where you research.

Open a post, a pin or a project and click Save to VORA. Saved it before? The panel tells you and takes you straight to the image in your library.

  • Instagram photos, reels, Stories and carousels with videos; Pinterest pins; Behance project images
  • Save to: pick the board on the spot
  • On any site: right-click the image or crop the screen with Alt+Shift+S
  • Connects to your account in one click, no tokens to copy

For Chrome on desktop.

Together

The same board, many hands, at the same time.

Share a Space with your team and choose who edits and who only views. Changes, cursors and the Space conversation show up instantly, on desktop or on the phone.

  • Spaces shared by invite, with owner, editor and viewer
  • Live editing: cursors, selection and changes from whoever is there
  • Full conversation on the board, with the invited client: mentions, stickers, quick video and search
  • Phone app straight from the home screen; on Android, share gallery photos to VORA

Architecture Space

From moodboard to job site, with the client inside.

Proposal, brief, contract, phases, specification, budget and site diary in the same Space as your references. The client joins from their side: approves, accepts and follows along from the phone, and every decision is recorded with who, when and what.

See everything the Architecture Space does
  1. ProposalAccepted online, creates the project
  2. BriefAnswered through a link
  3. ContractEmail code or gov.br
  4. PhasesApproval round by round
  5. SpecificationItem by item, with the client
  6. BudgetQuotes and planned vs actual
  7. Job siteDiary, visits and fees

For the studio

  • Decide what the client sees and check how it looks to them
  • Request approvals and acceptances, and keep every answer
  • Get quotes from suppliers and take the lowest price to the budget
  • See deadlines, payments and tasks across all projects in one agenda

For the client

  • Approves phases and specification items from the phone
  • Accepts the proposal and the contract without creating an account
  • Answers the brief through a link that saves on its own
  • Follows the diary, the schedule and the budget

Quality

Best available version. No promises the image can’t keep.

VORA keeps the largest file the platform delivers to the browser: the pin’s original version, Behance’s largest size, the reel’s MP4. No screenshots, no artificial upscaling, no filters. We don’t promise the author’s original: we promise the best within reach, with the source attached.

Questions

Before you start.

Do I need to install anything?

Not to organize, build boards or run projects: VORA is on the web and becomes an app on your phone. To save from Instagram, Pinterest, Behance, X and other sites, install the extension in Chrome on your computer; it connects to your account in one click.

Does my client need an account?

Not for the essentials. Without an account, they accept the proposal and documents, answer the brief, open the project link and chat in the Space. With an account, they join the Space on the client side and approve phases and items.

Is the online acceptance valid?

Acceptance with an email code is a simple electronic signature, with a receipt holding the date, time, IP and the document’s fingerprint; it holds between parties who accept that means. For a contract, a Brazilian client can also sign the PDF through gov.br for free, and VORA checks the signature.

Who sees my images and projects?

Only the people you invite. Your collection is private; in a shared Space, the team sees the Space’s boards; and the client sees only the sections you left open.

Does it work on the phone?

Yes. VORA installs as an app on iPhone and Android, straight from the browser: browsing, chat, phase approval, acceptance and the brief work on a small screen. Capturing and editing boards happen on the computer.

Are images saved in high resolution?

VORA saves the best available version: the largest file the platform delivers to the browser, no screenshots, no artificial upscaling, with the source attached. We don’t promise the author’s original.

Is it available in Portuguese?

Yes. The interface, the emails and the pages the client opens are in English and Portuguese, and each person picks their own language.
