VRA

Everything VORA does.

From a reference saved on Instagram to the job site diary: keep it with credit, think on the board with your team and run the project with the client inside.

138 features across 13 stations

Capture

Save without leaving where you research.

A Chrome extension panel shows up in the corner of Instagram, Pinterest, Behance and X. On any other site, a right-click does it.

  • Instagram photo

Open the post and click Save to VORA: the photo on screen goes into your library, in the largest file Instagram delivers.

  • Carousel, picked on the spot

Thumbnails of every photo and video show up at once, without swiping slide by slide. Tick the ones you want and save.

  • Reels and videos

The video comes in as an MP4, with cover and duration, and plays in the library and on the board.

  • Stories and Highlights

Save the Story before it disappears. The panel pauses it while you decide.

  • Profile batch

Select several posts and reels on a profile grid and import them all at once, with progress in view.

  • Pinterest

The pin comes in its original version, with title and destination link. In a board, tick several pins and save them together.

  • Behance

Pick a project’s images in the largest public version; the ones already in VORA are marked.

  • X

Save the photo or video from a post using your own browser’s login.

  • Any site

Right-click an image and Save to VORA: the extension takes the largest version and keeps the page title, site and author.

  • Screen crop

Alt+Shift+S, drag and Enter: a map, an open PDF or a paused video becomes a reference, with its source page.

  • Save to

Pick the board while you capture, or create a new one right there.

  • One-click connection

The extension connects to your account without copying any code. In your account, you see and disconnect each browser.

Source and quality

Every image credited, in the best file.

A reference with its source is not a loose screenshot: you know where it came from and who made it, and you can go back when you need to.

  • Author and link, always along

Every image keeps the author, the post or page, its place in the carousel, the title and the site, visible on the frame and in the details.

  • The profile as it was

On Instagram, VORA keeps a snapshot of the profile at capture time. A new check never erases the previous one.

  • Pin destination

On Pinterest, it also keeps the link to the site the image actually came from.

  • Best available version

The largest file the platform delivers to the browser, no screenshots, no artificial upscaling and no filters.

  • Video, actually kept

Reels and videos are stored as MP4 in VORA, not as a link that can go away.

  • No duplicates

Saved it again? The panel tells you it is already in VORA and takes you to the existing image.

Library

Your collection, private and easy to find.

Everything you saved in one place, with filters and shortcuts to find and decide quickly.

  • Grid in the right proportion

Images show in their original proportion or as squares, newest first.

  • Favorites and Unsorted

Favorites are yours alone. Unsorted shows what is still waiting for a place.

  • Filter by source

Instagram, Pinterest, Behance, X, sites, crops or uploads from your computer, in one click.

  • Batch selection

Select several images with Shift or Ctrl+A and favorite them, send them to a board or to the trash at once.

  • Keyboard lightbox

Arrows to browse, F to favorite, B to pick the board and Del for the trash.

  • A page for every image

The file, the full source, the boards it is in, its dimensions, format and duration.

  • 30-day trash

Deleted by mistake? Undo right away or restore from the trash: the image goes back to its boards and to the same spot on the canvas.

  • From computer and phone

Images uploaded on a board, in a chat or through Android’s Share also land in the library.

Spaces and Boards

Spaces are lines. Boards are stations.

One Space per line of work and as many boards as you need inside it.

  • Spaces

A client, a project, a research topic: each Space has its own line color and can be yours alone or shared.

  • Boards

Inside each Space, one board per subject, blank or from a ready-made template.

  • One image, many boards

The same reference can serve different projects, without copies.

  • Grid in order

On the board grid, drag to change the order, or use Alt and the arrows.

  • Sidebar

Spaces and boards in a tree with counts, which folds into a slim rail when you need room.

Moodboard

Every board is a work table.

Arrange your references and think on top of them: notes, flowcharts, marks on the photo and a timeline that goes back to any point.

  • Endless table

A borderless dot grid, zoom from 10% to 800% and boards with thousands of elements that stay smooth.

  • Notes and text

Paper-like sticky notes, rich text, checklists and handwritten letters.

  • Flowchart shapes

Rectangle, diamond, ellipse, pill, hexagon, cylinder, document and more, with text inside.

  • Metro lines

Connectors that bend at 90° and 45° and follow the elements; also straight lines and arrows, with labels.

  • Freehand drawing

Pen, highlighter and eraser, with color and thickness.

  • Areas and lanes

Group by subject: whatever lands in an Area moves with it. Split it into lanes to compare.

  • Tables and tasks

Tables up to 20 × 20 (paste straight from a spreadsheet) and task lists with a progress bar.

  • Bubbles

Speech, thought or chat, with the tail pinned to a photo.

  • Color swatches

A color with its name and hex code, from the screen eyedropper or the picker.

  • Markers on the photo

Numbered spots on the image, with a short note, that link to other elements.

  • Crop without losing anything

Free, 1:1, 4:5, 3:2 or 16:9; the whole photo stays saved.

  • Palette from the photo

3, 5 or 8 colors taken from the image become swatches next to it.

  • What you liked, on a sheet

Liked, Use in, Watch out, a note and tags: what that image means in this project.

  • Video with time markers

YouTube, Vimeo, reels or uploaded video play on the board; mark “02:13 facade” and jump back with one click.

  • PDFs and files

Drop files on the table; a PDF shows its cover and opens in a full-screen reader. A large upload that got interrupted resumes where it stopped.

  • Links with preview

Paste an address and get a card with the page’s image, title and description.

  • Rotate, group, align

Rotate in 15° steps with Shift, group with Ctrl+G, align and distribute with guides.

  • Board templates

Architecture project, moodboard, flowchart, compare references, palette and materials, weekly tasks; or save your own.

  • Export

PNG of the board, a selection or an Area, at 1× or 2×, and a PDF with one page per Area.

  • Timeline

Every change is recorded. See the board as it was at any moment, restore it and name the versions that matter.

  • Keyboard friendly

Tab walks through the elements and announces each one; the context menu and “Connect to…” work without a mouse.

Work together

The same board, many hands, at the same time.

Share a Space with your team and see each change the moment it happens.

  • Shared Space

Invite by email; whoever has no account creates one from the invite itself, already confirmed.

  • Owner, editor and viewer

Choose who edits and who only views; change roles, remove someone or hand over ownership.

  • Live editing

Everyone’s changes show up instantly for the others, without reloading.

  • Cursors and avatars

See who is on the board, where each cursor is and what each person has selected.

  • No scrambled text

While someone writes in a note, the others see who is editing.

  • Undo only your own

Ctrl+Z reverts what you did, never someone else’s work.

Chat

The conversation with the client lives in the Space.

One conversation per Space, open next to any board or section. Send the client a link: without an account, they see the boards, talk with you about each image and, if you allow it, edit.

  • Link without an account

You create a link for one person and choose, menu by menu and section by section, what they see and what they edit, without them creating an account. Change or remove access whenever you want.

  • The way messaging apps work

Bubbles, read ticks, “typing…” and a separator for each day.

  • Photos, files, audio and video

Up to 10 files per message, audio up to 5 minutes and video notes up to 60 seconds.

  • Reply, react and mention

Quote a message, react with any emoji and call someone in with @.

  • Edit and forward

Fix it within 15 minutes and forward it to another Space’s chat.

  • Search the chat

Find that old message, even typing without accents.

  • Stickers

Make stickers from your own work and keep the ones you receive.

  • About an element

Pin the message to a photo or note on a board; one click takes you there, even from another board.

  • From chat to table

The photo the client sent becomes a reference on the board, with crop, palette and sheet.

  • Let people know

One button emails the board link and your note to whoever needs to know you changed it.

On the phone

In your pocket, like an app.

VORA installs on iPhone and Android straight from the browser, no app store involved.

  • Install from the browser

Add it to the home screen and open it full screen, like any app.

  • Share from the gallery

On Android, send gallery photos straight to the library or to a board.

  • Opens even offline

The app opens from the device and tells you when the connection drops.

  • The client on the phone

Approving phases, accepting documents, answering the brief and chatting in the Space work well on a small screen.

  • Updates when you want

A new version shows up in a notice and only kicks in on your tap, so you never lose what you are doing.

Project

From brief to approval, in one Space.

The Architecture Space brings the whole project together and puts the studio and the client each on their own side, with every decision recorded.

  • Architecture Space

Start from VORA’s default (6 phases and 13 construction stages) or from your own template, or convert an existing Space.

  • Studio and client

Each person joins on a side: the studio requests approvals and acceptances, the client approves and accepts.

  • Overview

Current phase, progress, what each side is waiting on, the latest updates and the budget summary.

  • Brief by link

Templates for houses, renovations, interiors and commercial spaces. The client answers without an account, the page saves on its own and the answers land in the project.

  • Contract and documents

Fixed folders, saved versions and the contract status: draft, sent or signed.

  • Online acceptance

The client accepts with a code sent by email or signs the PDF through gov.br, and you get a receipt with the date, time and the file’s fingerprint.

  • Change orders

A change request becomes a change order with amount, installments and extra days; the client accepts with a code and the fees and schedule adjust by themselves.

  • File requests

Ask anyone for the deed, the survey or an old plan: they upload through a link, with no account, and the file lands in the right folder.

  • Consultant designs

Structural, electrical, plumbing and the other disciplines, with the consultant sending versions and permits through a link and the coordination comments.

  • Phases with client approval

From survey to construction administration, with deliverables, dates and every approval round recorded: who, when and the note.

  • Progress that makes sense

Weigh each phase: design development counts more than the survey, and progress shows it.

  • Schedule with cash flow

Project phases and construction stages on one timeline, with planned, paid and due amounts for each month.

  • Agreed deadline and deviation

Keep the agreed dates; each change asks for the reason, and you show how many days came from the client, the studio or third parties.

  • Project diary

Updates with photos and files, comments and reactions, automatic milestones and notes only the studio sees.

  • Meeting minutes

Agenda, decisions and tasks with owner and due date; the client accepts the minutes with a code.

  • Visits and dimensioned photos

Draw dimensions, arrows and text over the visit photos, by mouse or keyboard. The original photo never changes.

  • Rooms

Width, length, ceiling height and calculated area, with each room’s photos.

  • A4 report

Choose the parts and the diary period and download the PDF with your studio’s brand.

  • Project templates

Save phases, deliverables, stages and budget items to start the next project ready to go.

Specification and site

Specification, budget and job site, connected.

The chosen product becomes a budget item, the budget becomes a quote request and the quote comes back with the price. Nothing gets typed twice.

  • Product specification

By room or by category, with photo or color sample, brand, store, code, dimensions, quantity and price.

  • Item-by-item approval

The client approves, asks for a review or rejects each item, with a note. If the item changes, the decision reopens.

  • From product to budget

One click takes the item to the budget; changing the price in the specification changes it there too.

  • Planned vs actual

Stages and items, amount paid, supplier, due date and the difference counted only where there is a real amount.

  • Receipts and reminders

One receipt per item and an 8 AM email with what is due within 3 days or overdue.

  • Spreadsheets that open anywhere

Budget and specification as .xlsx, with subtotals, in Excel, LibreOffice or Google Sheets.

  • Overhead and percentages

Overhead, contingency, administration, taxes and freight on top of the planned total.

  • Budget versions

Save a named version, compare it stage by stage and go back to it if needed.

  • Import a spreadsheet

Bring a budget in from a spreadsheet using VORA’s template; missing stages are created.

  • Supplier quotes

Send the items to up to 8 suppliers by email or link. They answer without an account, you compare on the map and the lowest price goes to the budget.

  • Purchases and deliveries

From the quote winner to the purchase order; the supplier confirms the date through the link, deliveries arrive in parts and each item shows whether it was bought, delivered or installed.

  • Site log

Day, weather, crew, activities, incidents and photos, in the diary and in the report for the period.

  • Inspections and punch lists

Ready checklists, punch items with annotated photos, owner and due date; the contractor fixes them through the link, with no account, and you verify or send back.

  • Punch items on the plan

Tap the plan to log the punch item with a numbered pin; the inspection PDF and the contractor link show where it is.

  • Voice dictation

Speak instead of typing in the diary, incidents, minutes and the brief.

Client inside

The client inside, the way you decide.

The client follows, approves and accepts without spreadsheets or loose PDFs, and you control what they see.

  • What the client sees

Hide whole sections, or the prices and stores in the specification. Whatever is hidden does not open for the client.

  • View as client

Check the project exactly as the client will see it.

  • Link without an account

For the family, the contractor or the building: a read-only page, with an expiry date, that you delete whenever you want.

  • Seen by the client

Know when each person opened the project and whether they saw the approval request.

  • Remind the client

One email with everything waiting for them: phases, items, documents and installments.

  • With your studio’s brand

Your logo and color on the report, the emails and the pages the client opens.

  • No sign-up for the essentials

Accepting the proposal, signing the contract, answering the brief and viewing the project need no account. Suppliers, consultants and contractors also join by link.

Studio

The whole studio, from proposal to margin.

Team, products, proposals, fees and hours in the same place as the projects.

  • Brand and team

Name, logo and color; the team joins by invite, as owner, admin or member.

  • Studio dashboard

Each project’s health, who is waiting on the client, fees to receive month by month, the margin and late third parties, on one screen.

  • Contacts

The studio’s suppliers, contractors and consultants in one place, ready for quotes, purchases and links.

  • Product library

The studio’s catalog, with accent-insensitive search and filters, ready for any project.

  • Products by link or spreadsheet

Paste a store link and VORA reads the name, brand, price and photo; or import the supplier’s spreadsheet.

  • Save products with the extension

Right-click the store page: the data and photo come from the page itself, and selected text goes into the right field.

  • Paint colors

On a paint color page, the extension reads the code, NCS and RGB and creates the sample.

  • Proposals accepted online

Scope, what is not included, fees in installments and validity, sent by email and accepted by the client.

  • Where projects come from

Note how each client found you and why a proposal was lost; the dashboard shows the acceptance rate by source.

  • Planned hours and margin

Hours per phase, planned cost and margin and the price of each sold hour, before sending the proposal.

  • Acceptance creates the project

Once the proposal is accepted, the Space is born with the data, the template, the fees and the client’s invite.

  • Fees and installments

Received, receivable and overdue; an installment due when a phase is approved; a reminder to the client.

  • Team tasks

Owner, phase, due date and estimate, for the studio only.

  • Hours and timer

Log hours as “1h30” or start the timer on a task.

  • Cost and margin

With each person’s hourly cost, see the team’s cost and the margin on fees.

  • All projects

Cards with each project’s phase, progress, pending items and next deadline.

  • Agenda

Phase deadlines, installments, construction payments and tasks, in Overdue, Today, 7 days and 30 days.

  • My tasks

What is on you across all projects, with your hours for the week.

Trust

Private, accessible and in two languages.

The collection is yours, the client sees only what you open, and VORA works by keyboard, with screen readers, in English and Portuguese.

  • Private collection

Images and files open only for people with access; a public link exists only if you create one.

  • No third-party passwords

The extension never sends passwords, cookies or the whole page to VORA.

  • No third-party tracking

Fonts served by VORA itself and platform videos that only load after you press play.

  • Nothing gets lost

A 30-day trash, board timelines and a record of every approval and acceptance.

  • Accessible

Everything by keyboard, visible focus, AA contrast and animations that respect reduced motion.

  • English and Portuguese

Interface, emails and client pages in both languages, with dates and amounts in the right format.

Next steps

What’s coming.

Not here yet, and planned. When it arrives, it joins the map.

  • Search and AI

Similarity and text search, automatic tags, recorded minutes and a diary by voice.

  • WhatsApp

Project notices, payment reminders and diary entries over WhatsApp.
